# Zero-Knowledge Proofs

DarkOrigin Token employs advanced zero-knowledge proofs, specifically zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge), to ensure transaction privacy. With zk-SNARKs, it's possible to prove the validity of transactions without revealing any sensitive information about the transaction itself. This feature ensures that the transaction amounts, sender and receiver addresses, and other confidential details remain completely hidden from public view.
